Judy, I seriously doubt that AOL is *withholding* letters. It may be that they are experiencing some delays in delivery. I have had some delayed mail both going and coming in the past few weeks. One in particular took over 2 hours to arrive in the lists archives. I didn't check the full headers to see where the delay originated from, however. I don't think that this is something that has to be either your fault OR a purposed pattern from AOL. I think that one or more of their servers may be having a little trouble and when a particular piece of mail uses that server, it may experience delays.
