Ema, If you are clicking on the 'delete' button at the bottom center of each email, it should be sent to the 'recently deleted mail' folder. Unless you have sent something there by accident, you probably wouldn't have any reason to open that file. Mail remains in this folder for 24 hours. After that it is truly gone.
