In discussion of AOL fees, My computer Thesaurs describes the word FREE as: Done by one's own choice: Voluntary, gratuitous, complementary, gratis, cost-free. In my dictionary the word FEE is described: A fixed sum charged for a privilege; A charge for Professional services.; Dial up seems to fall under the FEE, no matter what the motivation. JOHN in CA
