    1. Re: [AOL-RW] Woody - AOL plans
    2. Yes, on the laptop I have AOL 9.0 SE along with AVG. I do not use McAfee. AVG gives me a nag screen every time I boot, but that's fine with me with it being free. I've paid for and used Norton "forever" on my desktop. Earlier versions of Norton were prone to get corrupted and asked me questions like I was supposed to know what I was doing. But versions 2008 and 2009 have been very reliable and non-intrusive, and are not the memory hogs they were before. I've been free of virii and malware with Norton (Symantec) Internet Security. However, if I had known about free AVG and Zone Alarm before, I probably would have gone with them. On the other hand, Norton Internet Security is completely worry free and hassle free, and I like that. I tried using AVG and the computer was so slow I couldn't do anything and then Joan or Sharon said you can't have two virus programs, they conflict. We are most likely going to the free version very soon but just want to be sure I understand all the quirks before I do it. I was planning on buying a McAfee program but I see you mentioned Norton, was that a free download or did you have to buy it from somewhere. Thanks for your input. Nancy
