I have been having LOTS of delays on AOL. It takes awhile to load a page, sometimes when I click on mail it blinks but doesn't open, delays getting the Welcome page etc. etc. etc. I chalk it up to some switch somewhere being down and they haven't fixed it yet. I had thought maybe McAfee's recent updates were responsible--thought maybe the delay was the scan of the email content, but that certainly wouldn't apply to your initial sign-on. For the last two days, when I log onto AOL, it takes several minutes to go from "welcome" to "You've got mail". In the meantime, I can do nothing. Is anyone else having this problem with initial response time each time you long onto AOL?
