It's a long story, but I had to upgrade to a new Norton because of having to use a restore point, and not all kinds odd things have been going on. I haven't received the message again. Sandy Colorado Dee, Funny you should ask which Norton we're using. There are two people using this computer and somehow things got screwed up and each person bought Norton protection. Long story. Anyhow my screenname has Norton Internet Security and the other screenname has Norton 360. We're slowly but surely getting it straigthened out but discontinuing the automatic renewal for the Norton 360 is becoming a problem. By the answers I'm getting about the pop-up message I'm not sure it matters what anti-virus is being utilized or whether or not McAfee is being used. Hopefully it'll eventually stop appearing.
