Yesterday morning when I tried to sign on to aol I got a message Invalid password. After the second try, a message came up for me to answer a few security questions and then to enter a new password. I entered the same password and went online, This morning I had the same problem except it did not give me a chance to enter a new pasword. I know I entered the correct password, as many times as I have entered it. Can some kind soul help me with this problem any way except phone calls. I have a hearing problem and cannot hear on the phone. I am using my Juno ISP account to send this e-mail. I've also had that problem but it doesn't happen all the time.
