    2. Bev- Using AOL's email program is when you load the AOL program and logon and click the mailbox icon to view your mail within the AOL program. Web mail is when you just use any browser to go to the AOL Web site and read your mail one at a time on the Web site. The problem you described would only happen within the AOL program and is the result of a corrupted file. Joan In a message dated 4/23/2010 11:58:23 P.M.
