Bev- Using AOL's email program is when you load the AOL program and logon and click the mailbox icon to view your mail within the AOL program. Web mail is when you just use any browser to go to the AOL Web site and read your mail one at a time on the Web site. I've was able to see all senders before. My husband goes to AOL the same way that I used to & he isn't having any problems.
