Judy, I have the same problem with taking so long for AOL to load and it always has but it may be due to the fact I need more ram. It also freezes and I often have to do the control-alternate-delete, then I get frustrated and go to Firefox or Chrome and pull up AOL web mail with no problem. I much prefer to read my mail thru regular AOL though so that is why I keep doing it, but it sure takes a lot of time out of my day. I haven't figured out how to copy and paste successfully when going thru Firefox or Chrome or how to stop loading a page from there or I would only use that. Chrome seems to be the fastest. Nancy
