I've been having nothing but trouble staying connected today. One of the error messages at the reconnect box is: ac-1401 Err Ox841006A. OS Win XP-SP3, ACS 4.71.14.1. It gave my firewall info as McAfee Personal & MIcrosoft Firewall. It seems to get stuck at step 4. The error message for that is AOL failed to properly respond. I've done the quick fix thing. Cleaned out all my cache, history, temp files etc. Any ideas what's up with AOL today? Thanks, Judy
