Maybe that is the reason I had disconnect problems. I called AT&T finally when I couldn't restart it and they had disconnect problems off and on during the day due to the big storm coming through here(Northern California). Soon after I talked to them and went through the paces they guided me in, it restarted again, so don't know if it was AOL, me, or AT&T. It is working smoothly so far this morning.
