Now THAT I don't know (I have 3 GIGs of RAM) ... but I DO find that Firefox seems to use less of your computer resources than the AOL browser does (I can tell when I look at the system monitor in my VISTA Windows sidebar). Sometimes on a site like Facebook (and its apps) I'd find AOL freezing or crashing on me or the menu icons disappearing (the ones for people, IM, etc.) because of the amount of resources some of those sites use up. I don't find that to be the case when I use Firefox separately. Joan In a message dated 1/3/2010 10:31:33 A.M. Would you know if I can download it successfully and alternate using IE, Firefox or my AOL software browser depending on what I'm doing? Or will downloading it make everything bog down and run slower? Lou
