Joan, I recall that you mentioned that AOL is fooling around with their eMail software, and strange things are happening: I'm getting headers on some return receipts, but not all eMail marked for return receipt is generating a return receipt. After I send an eMail to some 20 eMail addresses, all as 'bcc', when I check the online 'sent mail', the eMail addresses can be in the reverse order of the order in which they appeared in the eMail when sent.
