Nancy- I can't answer your question about XP Service Pack 3 as I am running VISTA with Service Pack 2 (the latest SP for Vista). If I am recalling correctly, the problem with XP SP 3 only involved certain computers -- it had to do with how the operating system was originally loaded on them.
