Norma- Ask her to send you the FULL EXPANDED headers of each of the copies of the SAME single message (one of your duplicated messages is enough--but I need the headers for each of the duplicates) -- send them to me privately and I can try to figure out where the duplication is occurring. It could well be on her end. Joan In a message dated 2/12/2010 12:04:26 P.M. When it first started earlier in the week she received 4 copies of the same email. Yesterday she only received 2 copies. Is anyone else experiencing this and/or does anyone know how I can get it to stop? Thanks Norma
