Here is an URL among many I found when putting MSVCR71.dll into Google. There are apparently a lot of people with this complaint. Here is the place for repair: http://www.instant-registry-fixes.org/how-to-fix-msvcr71dll-errors/ Sharon ------------------------------ In a message dated 2/1/2010 6:11:13 P.M. Thanks Sharon and Joan. I had also googled the error MSVCR71.dll. Last night I ran Registry Patrol which I had downloaded a long time ago and of course it found 34 errors which I said fix. It didn't help. Neither did rebuilding the AOL adaptor. I also have Ad-Aware and the AOL special edition McAfee security program. Looks like I will have to re-install AOL 9SE. What are the chances of my "Mail waiting to be sent" emails still being there?
