Nancy you should be able to right click on aol icon by the clock or go to america on line in all programs and you should see system informaiton icon it has a question mark icon then a new screen comes up and there is a blue tab that says utilites then scroll down and you will see again utilities and aol rebuild or something like that depending what aol you have click on it and it should rebuild and be fine If you have any trouble let me know. I hope it works Or you can try the rebuild if not I have reinstalled my aol its not a big deal really Ema Ema, Where do you find "rebuild AOL adapter"? I looked under system information but did not find it. I have not been able to get Aol to load the last few days, get this message- This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. I really don't want to re-install AOL but sounds like I will probably have to do that. I had several emails started in my "mail waiting to be sent" folder and I'm sure they will be gone after a re-install. I can get on thru Firefox or Chrome but those emails are not there. Nancy
