Joan, I did an upgrade. My only problem this morning is that it has taken me 20 minutes to get to the point where I could read my mail. I don't understand why it is so slow since when I use Chrome or Firefox everything is very fast. At first I thought McAfee might be scanning but it isn't. When it does scan, you might as well forget trying to do anything. I know that I need more RAM but that should affect using Chrome or Firefox too I would think. One other question, do I need to re-install the McAfee special edition for AOL? Thanks for your on-going help. Nancy
