    3. Nancy, Go to System Information as Ema directed and then click on the Utilities link on the left side of the window. I had several emails started in my "mail waiting to be sent" folder and I'm sure they will be gone after a re-install. I can get on thru Firefox or Chrome but those emails are not there.
