Nancy, Go to System Information as Ema directed and then click on the Utilities link on the left side of the window. The AOL adaptor is the first thing listed under the blue line labeled Utilities. I looked under system information but did not find it. I have not been able to get Aol to load the last few days, get this message- This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. I really don't want to re-install AOL but sounds like I will probably have to do that. I had several emails started in my "mail waiting to be sent" folder and I'm sure they will be gone after a re-install. I can get on thru Firefox or Chrome but those emails are not there.
