    1. Re: [AOL-RW] Anyone know anything about "AOL Mail - Challenge"?
    2. Thanks for posting this. I haven't received one yet, but I have received spam that looked like it was sent from me to me. It's only been on this address and not my other one. Now I will know what to do if it happens. Deee In a message dated 2/5/2010 7:40:40 P.M. If you respond to the Image Challenge correctly, then you will be able to send the e-mail that was held back. If you respond incorrectly, you will not be able to send that e-mail." "It's one of our most effective tools in preventing automated programs from abusing your e-mail accounts. The word hidden in the image cannot be read by a computer and must be entered manually. This ensures that a real person and not an automated program or machine is trying to send the e-mail." "If you receive a word challenge immediately after successfully passing one, you might need to clear your browser cache and cookies." "If you receive multiple challenges, one right after the other, then you might have picked up a trojan or worm." Hope this helps you to understand better, Sharon --------------------------------- In a message dated 2/4/2010 10:03:26 A.M.
