    2. Listers may be interested to know that keyword CHANGE PLAN doesn't seem to be available in Europe (or the part of Europe I'm in anyway :-) ). I guess that fits with the later roll-out of free access here. Anne BogusWoody@aol.com wrote: > <<snip>> > I checked out the Keyword "Change Plan", and the newsletter I quoted above > is misleading. Dave in Fla>> ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I just chatted with AOL Billing. You can go to Keyword "Billing" and click on the live chat and get answers The live chat encouraged people to go to Keyword "Change plan" and do their changing to "free" for cable users or the "$9.95" for unlimited dial up. Also, live chat also provided me with the answer that I have been very concerned about. That answer is that nothing changes with regard to personal web space. It remains 2 megs per each 7 screen names, whether one takes the free AOL with external broadband access or the 9.95/mo dial up. Woody

For those with broadband or other means of getting to AOL, one can change their AOL to "free". However, if one is retaining dial up to get to AOL, then there is still a cost. The good news is the monthly cost for dial up to AOL drops to $9.95. 1. Moving Favorite Places to the address book
    2. Does anyone know if we can print a listing of Favorite Places? As we cannot alphabetize these, I was thinking of switching all of my FPs to special categories in my address book. As I do a lot of genealogy work, I try to sort my FPs by country or interest, such as Norway, Canada, NARA, etc. By moving the FPs to the address book, I could accomplish some of these things. 1. Re: [AOL-RW] how to alphabetize the "Favorite Places" in AOL?
    2. Peggy, There is no option to alphabetize "favorite places" unless you want to drag/drop one at a time. (I actually did this once, for about 200 favorite places, and then received one of those awful automatic updates that erased my efforts.) I've complained to AOL about this numerous times, but my complaints have obviously been ignored. Who knows? Maybe one of these days AOL will listen to its subscribers and pay less attention to their marketing department. I would expect that this issue has been discussed on the AOL beta testers list, but we are still waiting....sigh. 2. I did it "one at a time" by moving the A's to the bottom then the B's etc. It was a time consuming experience which is a good project for when you are brain dead. Twice AOL fouled me up by doing something which had them revert to being all mixed up again and once they got duplicated <grin> Ruth Cherecwich In a message dated 8/4/2006 2:36:17 PM Mountain Daylight Time, Jococity@aol.com writes: Can someone tell me how to alphabetize the "Favorite Places" in AOL?
