Can you tell me what his mother's maiden name was? That might be a place to start. If not there, what about his grandmother's maiden name? You stated that they arrived in New Orleans in 1930. That is strange, for Victor Anseman's father and mother (Nicholas and Marguerite Jacquot) arrived here in May of 1835 with a 9 month old son.
