Hi Greg, When you download any certs from SP there's a statement above each cert stating - " For help with viewing images click here . If you would like to send a comment to us about the quality or transcription of this image, click here ." If you click on the second link (send a comment about quality etc) you can e-mail them and ask for a better image or for someone to transcribe the certs, remember to click on the down arrow at the top of the page stating "Issue: Please pick the issue that best fits". You'll then get a drop down menu so, in this case, you would click on OPR IMAGE REPORTING. I've done this numerous times, with both OPR and Statutory records and SP always send me better images via e-mail. I can make out bits and pieces here and there, but not enough to make full sense out of them ! Any suggestions gratefully received Greg.
