You need to search under Statutory Registers - Marriages. I searched for George Smith and Elizabeth Clark*. I found 4 entries. The 4th one was George Marnoch Smith and Elizabeth Clarke in 1909, in Dundee. If you still can't find it, send me your email address, and I will try to help you.
