His age is given as 76, her was born in Inverness, And his occupation is given as 'late supervisor of excise at Glasgow' He is buried in The Howff. For further information, look at www.fdca.org.uk Select Old Dundee graveyards, and The Howff. The Howff was a major burial ground in Dundee, especially prior to about the 1850's, and all the burials are transcribed here. It has a wealth of information, and is free.
