Yesterday morning I found on the NAS web site an interesting reference, but didn't have time to copy it. Later in the day I looked for it again, but despite trying all possible combinations of the names it contains, I could not find it. This wouldn't have been the first time I have failed to find in the online index something I have previously seen on the in-house index, but it is the first time I have failed to find online something I had previously seen online. In great frustration I e-mailed the NAS contact address, and this morning received an apologetic reply to the effect that the online catalogue system is not working as it should. The reply contained a copy of the details I was looking for. I have no doubt that there must be endless other things which ought to be in the online index but aren't yet. So keep on looking, they may suddenly pop up one day. Anne
