Have next to no information on J. Malcolm Balfour except that he sent a postcard in 1906 to my great uncle Alexander Malcolm who was on his way to New York City. He appears to be either a relation or a work mate from the photo of a group on the front of the postcard. Could not detect him on the 1901 Census as am also unsure of his age. But as a long shot was hoping there might be someone searching Balfours who has someone in their collect who might have been mid 20's in 1906 that might fit. Arlene
