    2. Thanks, complaining is worth a try, but I got no where with the CGC website either. My thought was, if they got many complaints at once.... but I don't think you're right, no one is listening. Our soldiers and sailors deserve better. Find My Past is a better website, for these deaths. My 92nd regiment of foot death in 1833, I was told they destroyed records back then, so there is no luck at all. Military records are just very frustrating. Thank you for listened to my complaining! 3. I pointed out an error in a relative's entry on the CGC website--next day I received a personal reply and the correction was made the following week. I was very impressed with the response. On the other hand, I've given up with Ancestry--they seem to neither care nor want to know about the glaring transcription errors that are all too common on their site. Frustrating when organizations are not consistent in the way they respond to the concerns of their clientele--especially the ones like Ancestry that charge the big bucks. 3. Hi again Mary I just recieved my reply to the same enquiry as yours ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a known problem that has been reported to our developers. Feedback from you, our valued customer, helps us correct errors and improve the website. Your patience and efforts to assist us in this matter are appreciated. Please understand that fixes to errors on Ancestry are posted firstly in the order of those which affect the greatest number of users, and thereafter in the order in which they are reported. For this reason, fixes for some errors may take longer than others to be posted. We appreciate your patience. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So it may take some time but at least it shows they will be acting on it Best wishes Nivard Ovington, in Cornwall (UK) PS still don't agree with you re findmypurse <g> > Thanks, complaining is worth a try, but I got no where with the CGC > website > either.
