As I get the Digest format, it is easy to skim down the message list to see what (if anything) is of interest, and to rely to a message board post, a simple click on the line should suffice. However, I have found in a number of occasions that my click brings up a Board page with the report "error retrieving message". I have reported this, but had no response, so still don't know the cause. The board allows for an e-mail back to me when (if) someone reacts to what I have said on the board, so I can respond as quickly as it suits me, rather than waiting to see if something appears on the List. To my mind, the usual lack of a sign-off on a message board message is a nuisance, which could be solved by everyone putting their name at the end of the message text, which is what I do.
