    3. I visited the Dundee Central Library at Wellgate Centre during 12-18 Sept 2008. Since it was my first visit there, I wasn't really aware of what might be new. I have used Scotland's People on line, so didn't pay much attention to anything they might have had on display at Wellgate. Hopefully a Dundonian who is more familiar with the Wellgate library can shed more light on what you have described.
