The earliest ones didn't include buildings with a value below 4 pounds, and also didn't give the occupiers is they weren't the tenants (eg a farmer might be the tenant for his whole farm, but the occupiers would be the ag labs in the cottages). The trouble is that they take up a huge amount of space (NAS doesn't even keep them in the building, you have to order the copies you want in advance) so it's best to go to the appropriate archive as they'll probably have the ones for their area. I don't know whether they're still doing them, but they certainly were up to the 1980s...
