Hello Caroline, Have only followed my RENNIE/RENNEY in Scotland as far as when ANDREW RENNIE,born 1698, son of Andrew RENNIE and Jean COWPER of Kinnell left for Gateshead N.E. England and married Elizabeth HILLS there on Feb.3,1716, they were my 6X Grandparents and my RENNIE/RENNEY line continued on in Englad from there. However I do know that my Andrew had a sister Isobel RENNIE born at Kinnell in 1695 who married a John BRIMS, son of John BRIMS of Thurso, Caithness and he also had a brother, James RENNIE born 1701 at Kinnell, who I would love to find more about. As it appears Andrews siblings remained in the Kinnell area of Scotland I am interested in finding more about them. Regards, Pam. > From: cprellwitz@telus.net > To: angus@rootsweb.com > Date: Thu, 28 May 2009 17:38:46 -0700 > Subject: Re: [ANGUS] RENNIE, RENNY > > Pam et al - > > Anne RENNIE (1800-1869) was the 2nd wife of my 3 X great-grandfather William > TODD (1789-1869).
