Sorry, but I don't have anything on either of those Watson families in Kirriemuir. I haven't been able to find them there on the 1851 census, so I wonder if the whole family moved to Dundee by then, since that is where David married. The only thing I found was on the IGI that Alexander Watson married I. Farquharson in Kirriemuir in July 1824. I suspect that it was a J. Farquharson which was extracted as an I.
