I only did lower Latin at school, but I am now 68, so it was some time back...... It is only recently that I taught myself to read Secretary Hand, and over the last month I (as a volunteer at the archive dept) transcribed a load of legal documents of the late 1600s, when Secretary Hand was gradually vanishing.
