    1. [ANGUS] Tracing Walker Family in Chicago
    2. Wendy Neuman McGuire
    3. Bruce - Even though your Robert Walker would have been too old to serve in WWII, I believe this may be his required draft registration card that he signed in April 27, 1942. The local board was Chicago City No. 27, 6243 S, Ashland Ave. Chicago. Serial No. U2871; Robert Walker; 5960 Lowe Ave., Chicago, Cook Co., Illinois. At the time of registration he was age 47, born in Forfar, Scotland. His birthdate was Aug 22, 1894. He listed Mrs. Lavinia Walker as his next of kin. His employer, as you guessed, was Chicago Surface Lines, 78th & Vincennes. Robert was 5 feet 9 inches, weighed 174 lbs and had a light complexion, black hair and blue eyes. These details should help you in your search. Good luck!
