My maternal grandmother was Walker in Forfar who came from a fairly large family. I have a good idea of some of her siblings' history but one hits a dead end. Robert Walker was born before 1900 and, I believe, was married and had family before WW1 when he served in the UK forces. I have evidence that he left Scotland about 1930 and eventually reached Chicago where he worked on the "surface railway". As far as I know he had two sons and a daughter. I believe the daughter died rather young and I have heard, from family in Forfar, that one of the sons visited while serving with the American forces during WW2. Can anyone suggest where I might look on-line for more information about this family in Chicago? Cheers, Bruce D
