In the past three months I have received copies of two Wills from NAS. On the first occasion, I was told the Will (1924) had been digitised, and so I was able to see it on a computer, and the staff printed copies there and then. These cost 50p each. Three weeks ago, I wanted copies of another Will (1939) and expected the procedure to be the same, but this one had not been digitised, and so I had to wait until it was brought to NAS before I could read it two days later. Copies were not available until the day after that. These cost 50p each, plus £2 postage. Margaret Buchanan Aberdeen.
