Grandpa came to America near the turn of the 19th Centrury. His parents were Alexander Wilson 1850 married Mary Christie 1852. They had children Euphemia, James, Mary Jane, Annhie, Jessie, Alexander, John (my grandpa), Agnes, Alexina, Margaret, Andrew and Edith.
