Bell is a very common surname and there may well have been more than one family of the name emigrating to Canada in the time period you mentioned. If you can supply full names, ages/dates of birth, places of birth, what censuses you have found hem in before they emigrated, and any other of the relevant information you obviously must have, someone might be able to help.
