Dear Eunice, The Kew public record office for the alien register records is in Kew, Richmond, Surrey England. I think you may have to go there to get your information, but they do have a website, which is http://www.pro.gov.uk. I don't know if you can get it by writing to them or not. If you know of anyone in England that lives near there, maybe they can go for you.
