Don't know if this is a relative of your Joseph CAPOCCI, but I found on 1891 census for Clerkenwell/Holborn area of London, RG12 piece 225, living at 31 Great Bath Street Felice CAPOCCI, head, age 45, a shoemaker, born Italy. He was there with his wife.
