I'm looking for any Banchini connections. I have researched the family back to 1801 and a Guspay (Gaspero) Banchini, and all were in Stepney, London. From 2 sites looking at modern names in phone books it seems that most of the Banchini's in Italy come from Tuscany and in particular around Florence. I don't know how reliable that is to say that that is where the name comes from. Any information on Banchinis would be welcome. Janette Bright
