If the book is Little Italy: A history of Liverpool's Italian Community by Terry Cook then it is available for sale from the Anglo-Italian Family History Society.Price is £7.99 plus £2 p and p. You can either download an order form from our website at http://anglo-italianfhs.org.uk and send it with a cheque, or if you want to pay online (there is a small surcharge) you can do so through http://www.parishchest.com.
