Hi Tina Thanks again for all the details.Things are now becomming a bit clearer.Thought that Lucia,(Who married Paulo VELARDO) was the daughter of Andrea & Nanzensca CAPOCCI.,but is appears that her surname is D"AGOSTINO.This makes sense, as Nanzensca CAPOCCI (My gr grandmother) maiden name was D"AGOSTINO. They all lived at Simms Alley in the early part of the 1900,s. With regards to Lucia age at time of her marriage,it appears that it was fairly common in our family to marry off the daughters at a very young age,so, Lucia,s could well be correct in the 1901 census.The most interesting note, ? is her age in 1901, (19) and born in Bristol. Which would mean the family arrived here prior to 1884 which is the earlist date I have (So far !!). Can also begin to see the Spanish connection.As mentioned before,my gr grandparents(Andrea & Nanzesca CAPOCCI) ,married in Spain sometime around 1880,and their first born ,Lucia ( b1883 )was born in Spain. Still trying to find out, how one is able to research Spanish records ?.Will also now have to start searching the Swansea ,Wales, records for children of those mentioned above.
