Copyright 2003. All rights reserved. Eddie P. Andrews 1919-2003 Eddie P. Andrews, 84, of Cheyenne died Dec. 29 at United Medical Center-West. He was born Aug. 25, 1919, in Sargent, Neb. He was a production and drilling supervisor for Mobil Oil Company for 34 years. He married Elaine Hampton on Nov. 18, 1950, in Cheyenne. He was a veteran of WWII in the U.S. Marines. He was a member of First Congregational Church, Cheyenne Lodge No. 1, Korein Shrine Temple, Sun City Elks Lodge and American Legion Post No. 6. Mr. Andrews is survived by his wife of 53 years, Elaine Andrews; daughters and son-in-laws, Eleanor E. and Stuart Grinnell of Cheyenne, Violet L. Andrews Scotti and Louis Scotti of Cheyenne; granddaughters, Christine Grant, Margaret James and Samantha; and grandsons, Vincent and Anthony Scotti. He was preceded in death by his parents, Burns D. Andrews and Ethel L. (Roe) Andrews; and a brother, Samuel Andrews, who was killed in WWII. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. today at Schrader Chapel with the Rev. J.D. Megason officiating. Cremation is at Schrader's Sunset Park Crematory. Interment will be in Beth El Cemetery at a later date. Honorary pallbearers will be Stuart Grinnell, Louis Scotti, Vincent Scotti, Anthony Scotti, Adam Grant and Karson James. Friends may contribute to Shriners Hospital for Children, Fairfax Rd., at Virginia St., Salt Lake City, Utah 84103. This is a paid obituary.
