He is survived by his sister, Louise Culbert, both born in Atlanta, Georgia. Andy served four years in the Navy before graduating from San Diego College. He then went on to manage hotels, theaters and liquor stores. In addition to his loving sister, he will be missed by his nieces and nephews including his great-nieces and nephews. Services are scheduled for Friday at the Neptune Society in El Cajon, at 2 p.m., 14065 Hwy. 8 Business. Published in the San Diego Union-Tribune on 5/8/2003. (volunteer submission)
