Daniel's son, Nicholas Carroll b. 1797 MD. married Nancy Lord b. 1801 MD. They married 1822 in Ross County, Ohio. Probably Samuel Carroll who married Lovey Lord MD. are all related also. I've been looking for father of Daniel Carroll as handed down history is that they are related to the famous signer Carroll's.
