He is listed in the 1880 Ohio census for Brown, Vinton, Ohio. At that time he was 61 years old. His wife is listed as "Scharlett O." and he had five children, including "John Y. Andrews", and "Thompson W. Andrews". I have not been able to find a single mention of him beyond this one reference. Any help would be appreciated.
