I have very little information on Simeon ans was wondering if you had a location in Michigan where he landed? I can trace my family back to him then end up with very little information from Simeon on back. My g grandfather, Ralph Bates Andrews married Alice Hubbard from Conn. There my be a family connection and would like to research your line a little. If you could send me your information on Simeon it would be appreciated and I will try to make the connection. Thank you
I wish I could help you. But since the post you responded to I have found out that my Andrews/Androus came from VT. My Andrews/Androus b. 1785 is Joel, Sr. When Joel moved to NY I don't know. I do know his children were born there around 1820+-Onondaga Co. NY. He and his family (Joel married Sarah Lamerson) moved to St. Clair Co. MI by 1823, as his last child was born in MI. Joel, Sr. died 1826.
