Lucy was born in Troy about 1808. Hiram was likely the same age and possibly related to the Andrus/Andrews family in Granville, PA. Hiram and Lucy had 2 known sons, William b. 1829 and Calvin b. 1835, both in PA. They may have been in NY or VT later according to Calvin's GAR bio. Calvin married Lucy ALDRICH in WI in 1863 and also served in the 23rd WI Infantry for 3 years. By 1870 both Calvin and William were in MN but no sign of my Hiram and Lucy in either place.
